We just love pole dance classes! We can’t get enough of it! But the last class of the week is finished and it’s almost 3 days til the next one. So while waiting for that next class, you can do these instead. We’ll give you a list of some things you can do for your pole dancing, without actually needing a pole.
Planks are one of the easiest exercise for your core, but one of the most important. Here’s how to do it:
- Start in the plank position with your forearms and toes on the floor.
- Keep your body straight from head to toe– make sure your butt is not raised, but is not sagging.
- Relax your head, look at the floor.
- If you’re a beginner, try to hold this position for 15 seconds. Eventually build up to 30, 45, 60, and 90 seconds.
