Hello weekend! Pole Training Tip: What to do in between Pole Dance Classes?

22 Jan

We just love pole dance classes! We can’t get enough of it! But the last class of the week is finished and it’s almost 3 days til the next one. So while waiting for that next class, you can do these instead.  We’ll give you a list of some things you can do for your pole dancing, without actually needing a pole.

1. Planks

Planks are one of the easiest exercise for your core, but one of the most important. Here’s how to do it:

  • Start in the plank position with your forearms and toes on the floor.
  • Keep your body straight from head to toe– make sure your butt is not raised, but is not sagging.
  • Relax your head, look at the floor.
  • If you’re a beginner, try to hold this position for 15 seconds. Eventually build up to 30, 45, 60, and 90 seconds.

we love planks! we do them everywhere!

That’s our Pole Training Tip for this week!

We’ll give you more Training Tips in the weekends to come. Have a happy weekend!
