We know that pole dancing can be a very addictive thing. The bruises turn into medals of honor, the scars can be your proud badge for a new trick and the aches and pains are a sign that you’re getting stronger. So to make our invite giveaway a little more interesting, we’ve come up with a few questions that will test your love for pole!

The first 15 people who can get 5 out of these 6 questions correctly will win an invitation to the Polecats Manila 3rd Year Anniversary Party! So hike up those sleeves kids, and start racking your brain for the answers!

1) Living in a hot and humid country can make it difficult to stick to the pole. So give us 3 different kinds of grip aids that can help you stay on for even the most difficult tricks!

2) Identify this trick: Side climb a few times, then hook your knee. Grab that ankle and hold on. Release the other hand and bend back as far as you can. If feeling stable, you may release the hand from the ankle.

3) When pole dancing, what is the one thing that you should NEVER, ever put on your body?

4) Identify this spin: From a half-bracket grip, hook your outer leg on the pole. As you spin, bring your other leg up behind the pole, knees apart. You can do this with one hand, and there is also an extended version.
